Each week I’ll try to share an easy & healthy breakfast with you! These recipes are meant to be super simple so that you can include them into your daily morning routine without losing much time or having to clean the kitchen afterwards. I also made sure they are nourishing and wholesome as I developed them over the last few years with my Mother who is a nutritionist and naturopath.

This weeks breakfast is:

◊ Summer fruit muesli ◊

  • peaches or nectarines (pit removed and cut into pieces)
  • a cup of yogurt
  • half a cup of oats
  • tbsp of sunflower seeds
  • a few sultanas
  • a dash of maple syrup
    • mix in a small bowl and
    • bon appétit ♥







This muesli provides you with everything you need to have a good start into the day. Oats are great, naturally gluten free, grains I’d recommend anyone to include into their daily nutrition. Adding something sweet to your muesli is perfectly fine and also I enjoy this treat to start into my day. Just make sure not to simply add a spoon of refined sugar to your bowl. There are so many nice substitutes nature provides you with. Try sultanas or maple syrup in this recipe.
